Please find below a summary of some processes that we intend to follow in the clearance of your imports from the port of Tema and KIA.

1. We will maintain constant link (communication) with you on all documentary process pertaining to all your imports.
2. We will also pay special attention to the issue of customs examination of all your imports. All inspections shall be conducted at the ports under very careful supervisions by our officials in the short term.
3. We offer cargo tracking services which would help our clients keep track with their goods to facilitate prompt clearance and unnecessary delays. Upon receipt of all relevant documents including Inspection reports (FCVR) we can clear your goods within 48 hours at Tema port we shall however deliver air cargo imports within 24 hours.
4. All original documents and payment receipts shall be submitted to you immediately after cargo is delivered to you without delay.
5. We provide warehousing facilities to cater for your imports if you so wish in order to avoid demurrage.
6. We shall seek to educate you on certain special reliefs that you can access from Ghana Customs to make it easy and stress free in the handling of your import clearance, this will be of benefit to our clients to avoid the bureaucracies importers go through.
7. We also make available special packages such as pre-financing of all import clearance for our trusted clients; you may have to call on us to make special arrangements for this service if needed.
8. We would make regular follow-ups on all invoices submitted at inspections companies on your behalf.
